Do you or your organization need to change significantly—that is, Transform?
Do you need to transform?
If you are essentially satisfied with your life in any regard, you may need to change slightly or adapt slightly but the need for transformation is less evident.
If you believe that your maturity should end at age 15, 21 or at any age, there is no need for transformation. Transformation implies development to higher or more complex levels of development. If you think the mind of a youth is workable for you, there is no need to transform.
If you believe that the approaches and understanding you have of how the world works and how you should behave is appropriate given the changing nature of things, you likely don’t need to transform as much as change slightly or adapt.
