Pat has always believed in the power of continuous learning, development and transformation to create work/life success, competence and happiness. Her own professional journey has been shaped by her boomer values, formal educational achievements (two masters degrees and a doctorate) and her years of onsite workplace experience as a change consultant, trainer and coach in dozens of large organizations. Pat continues to be passionate about finding ways for people to grow and be successful in their life/work journeys.
The need for great workplaces filled with people who can participate effectively in innovation and collaboration has never been greater. These needs have risen as generation X and millennials continue to grow and become today's majority of workers. Simultaneously the experience and formal education of today's workers has taken a hit – while the availability of personal coaches, live management educational opportunities and concrete day to day practical support has been cut, in part, due to never abating global competition, and the harsh realities of the modern workplace.
